Time

Well, the healing is taking much longer than I ever thought it would. I have been working on some new things, but not with clay yet. After a few months of physical therapy, the wrists are much better, but I still have to be careful how much I actually do. I've been working with a lot of new semiprecious beads in fun colors and designs. I made 5 new pieces yesterday, one of which is pictured here:

This one has quartz, mother of pearl, turquoise, amazonite, and I believe lemon jade in it with a magnet closure. Very springlike!

These are all so gorgeous Christie but I especially love these particular stones. I'll have to check out your Etsy site and see what you've got so far. I really like your style! I see that you've been having problems with tendonitis. This DOES take too long to recover from sometimes. I had trigger finger surgery on most of my fingers after dental assisting for 10 ish years-then got tendonitis by holding newborns! More worth it but still painful. ;D
Take it easy and feel better soon!

What beautiful stones. I can feel your frustration with the slow healing. I developed bursitis and tendonitis in my shoulder and was unable to reach and lift for over six months. It did eventually go away, though, so keep your chin up!
